Novinkou, která působí především na smysly zákazníka a jeho nákupní rozhodování ovlivňuje spíše podvědomě, jsou VŮNĚ. Škála typů a druhů vůni je nepřeberná, lze připravit vůni prakticky na míru podle přání zákazníka.
